update devterm-thermal-printer arm64 0.31 for a06 a04

Browse Source 
add unicode printing support
to disable it

clear the content of /usr/local/etc/devterm-printer

and restart devterm-printer.service by
```
sudo systemctl restart devterm-printer
```
