keie fbf86e8a78 The program name is used to set the name 
of the file were the contents of data statements are written.
The filename is extracted from the path and the suffix (if present)
is replaced by .d.

keie 2c3c7efe8c Printf does not return a truth value for failure. 
These -incorrect- tests were replaced by calls to ferror.

keie 7f22afeb89 Added correct declaration of salloc, thereby preventing incorrect conversions. 
Removed now unnecessary casts from salloc to (char *).
Added a cast to (char *) for the argument of sfree in the second call.
