3ede376df2 tcmode-external-oe-sdk: fix the multiple candidate setup scripts error 
This was causing a traceback, as the error handling wasn't updated when
the candidates were changed to a list of tuples.

bb754cb0a1 tcmode-external-oe-sdk: support EXTERNAL_TOOLCHAINS 
This variable lists multiple toolchain roots to check. As we already support processing multiple available environment-setup scripts, checking additional paths for them was trivial, and eases Sourcery toolchain support handling.

ab5628f07e tcmode-external-oe-sdk: stop setting EXTERNAL_TOOLCHAIN_SETUP_SCRIPT 
As the script checks for this and obeys it, setting it resulted in the
base configuration script also being used for all multilibs in
preference to the search, so stop setting it.

e90fb8fd9a tcmode: work around mlprefix preference bug wrt gdbserver 
There's a bug where the implicitly created
`PREFERRED_PROVIDER_${MLPREFIX}<provider>` isn't being obeyed for
runtime package installation in a multilib image, so work around it by
explicitly specifying mlprefix.

9b3281aa4a layer.conf: add fallback default for GCC_VERSION 
This is used in recipe PV variables, but is only defined when the tcmode
is loaded, so define a default for the case where it isn't sourced.

da9cfa7d38 external-common.bbclass: fix external_run when not enabled 
This returns immediately with 'UNKNOWN' if the external toolchain isn't
enabled, and also immediately adjusts sys.path regardless of OE_IMPORTS
handling to avoid the over-reliance upon that mechanism.

The blacklist isn't necessary. We already provide the virtual, but if
someone wants the real thing, it shouldn't be harmful to allow it to
build.
