Subject: [PATCH] libgpiod: ptest: rrecommend coreutils

The bats test suite requires the 'timeout' and 'nl' commands to be
available. Busybox' default config doesn't include those. They are built
by default by coreutils though, so add it to RRECOMMENDS for ptest.
