1ed152e32e lockdev: Switch to use archive tarballs for SRC_URI
anonscm.debian.org has been replaced with https://salsa.debian.org
however, lockdev has been dropped from debian packages, so its not
maintained at salsa.debian.org, therefore resort to archives and add few
more fixes to get it building from archive.

bump PE since version still remains 1.0.3 but we drop +git${...} from PV

e219649594 meta-oe: remove True option to getVar calls (again)
A couple have still been missed in the past despite multiple
attempts at doing so (or simply have re-appeared?).

Search & replace made using the following command:

Commit ab54dd75 "libgpiod: Rrecommend python3 only for PN-python package" also removes the build dependency
on python3 however this results in fatal error: Python.h: No such file or directory #include <Python.h>

* remove FILES_${PN}-dbg variable, all .debug directories are
  packaged automatically in ${PN}-dbg for long time (at least since

f29268ee21 libusbgx: Add recipe

e23284f9a5 libcereal: Allow empty package
libcereal is header-only so create the empty base package so that
libcereal can be sanely included in an SDK via IMAGE_INSTALL, RDEPENDS,
and the like.

4fe528bef7 glog: fixed the build for mips and other platforms
According to build log http://errors.yoctoproject.org/Errors/Details/201286/
FindLibunwind wokred only for x86, arm, and x86_64. This patch extends the
cmake module to work with mips, ia64, ppc(64) and other architectures supported
by libunwind

c26b10b155 opensc: 0.18.0 version fix fetch error

c90572b2f6 glog: updated libunwind look up function
Updated FindLinunwind cmake file to locate libunwind properly in the system.
This includes settings all needed defines in config.h file, which are used
for glog compilation. Changed unwind cmake target to interface, because in
cross-compilation environment we could link against several libunwind shared
libraries.
