c61dc077bb Convert to new override syntax 
This is the result of automated script (0.9.1) conversion:

oe-core/scripts/contrib/convert-overrides.py .

converting the metadata to use ":" as the override character instead of "_".

1b825a6e58 cmocka: Fix buils with LTO 
Update to latest on master
Drop uintptr_t patch, its fixed upstream differently
Package up the new library libproc_uptime.so needed by examples
Add it to INSANE_SKIP for examples
