53a6b833df libiio: add recipe
libiio is a C library for interfacing with IIO devices. It abstracts
the low-level details of the hardware, and provides a simple yet complete
programming interface.

This recipe provides the following packages:
* libiio: main package with C library
* libiio-iiod: user space daemon providing network backend to iio devices
* libiio-tests: user space test applications using libiio
* libiio-python: python bindings

2396e301da openldap: use recommended backend mdb
The mdb backend to slapd(8) is the recommended primary backend for a
normal slapd database. Add PACKAGECONFIG 'mdb' to enable it and build
mdb as SLAPD_STATIC_BACKENDS.

This fixes the errors while starting slapd:

  $systemctl start slapd
Job for slapd.service failed because the control process exited \
with error code. See "systemctl status slapd.service" and \
  "journalctl -xe" for details.

  $ systemctl status slapd
  ...
  /etc/openldap/slapd.conf: line 53: <database> failed init (bdb)
  Unrecognized database type (bdb)

9af1859ed1 vim: Update to v8.0.0022
v8.0.0022 is currently used in Debian Testing.

In the license file (uganda.txt) only the version number has changed.

The new version installs icons for gvim into /usr/share/icons. For now these are
just placed in the vim-common package as they use only a kB or so.

fded4cf6a8 opencv: fix packaging and install
The OpenCV*.cmake files and the static library should be in the opencv-dev
package, not opencv-apps.

There is no need to specify files for PN-dbg as they're automatically found, so
remove the FILES_PN-dbg assignment.

Conditionalise the installation of the example and tutorial binaries so it
doesn't abort if samples are disabled.

395cb2d90b fftw: build all configurations by one recipe
* avoids conflicts installing same files into sysroot
* for packages requiring a specific version of fftw: simply add fftw to DEPENDS
* no need for some distro decision - recipes depndong on fftw take what they
  need
* each executable is packed into an own package to avoid dragging in all
  libraries

dd01b4bdec portaudio: upgrade to latest release
PortAudio has moved from Subversion to Git, so the SRC_URI needs to be updated.
They also have stable tarballs so instead of taking a random git hash use the
latest release. This was svn revision 1919 so to keep the version order correct
hard-code this into the PV.

The license is in fact MIT, so use that in LICENSE instead of PortAudio (which
wasn't defined anywhere, resulting in QA warnings).

Add a patch to pass LDFLAGS to all the compiles.

Remove the useless assignment to TESTS. Install the test suite manually using
libtool so that we don't install the wrapper scripts.

Explicitly disable ASIHPI to avoid floating dependencies.

Remove redundant commented-out lines.

24e387aaf7 openldap: fix CVE-2015-3276
the patch comes from:
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1238322
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/attachment.cgi?id=1055640

The nss_parse_ciphers function in libraries/libldap/tls_m.c in
OpenLDAP does not properly parse OpenSSL-style multi-keyword mode
cipher strings, which might cause a weaker than intended cipher to
be used and allow remote attackers to have unspecified impact via
unknown vectors.
