This code should be fixed but for now lets disable the warnings as
errors atleast, so it can compile with clang

This patch updates SRC_URIs using git to include branch=master if no branch is set
and also to use protocol=https for github urls as generated by the conversion script
in OE-Core.

included. Instead of fixing all the packages using glm we fix it here.

Since glm is header only, the default RDEPENDS from glm-dev
to glm causes a rootfs error.
