Inherit upstream-version-is-even.bbclass to ensures that the upstream
version check only accepts even minor(stable) versions.

The recipes depend on virtual/libx11 indirectly, they only can be
built with x11 in DISTRO_FEATURES.

- rename DESCRIPTION with length < 80 to (non present tag) SUMMARY
- drop final point character at the end of SUMMARY string
- remove trailing whitespace of SUMMARY line
