It adds support to start vmtoolsd daemon during system startup,
when init manager is SysVinit.
Patch V2 adds option to store pid file in /var/run/vmtoolsd.pid file,
which is helpful to stop/restart vmtoolsd daemon.

Rebuilding vim would cause the following error:
Makefile:4: ../auto/config.mk: No such file or directory
make[1]: *** No rule to make target '../auto/config.mk'. Stop.
Set CLEANBROKEN to "1" to fix this issue.
Also remove the redundant "inherit autotools".

Some basic function such as password change invoked
by programs such as passwd depends on pam_passwdqc.so
which is provided by subpackage pam-passwdqc.
Add pam-passwdqc to RDEPENDS for passwdqc.
