f0dd3db640 xserver-xorg: remove xorg-minimal-fonts from DEPENDS 
The xorg-minimal-fonts recipe was a hack to get X working at runtime, so having it in DEPENDS serves no purpose

8052751332 Add bbappend files for gcc 4.6.0 from oe-core 
The bbappends add patches for linaro so with this
we can enhance gcc 4.6.0 from oe-core and have patches
that are in meta-oe on top of it.

Add patches from for linaro 4.6

This obsoletes the need of having gcc 4.6
recipes in meta-oe

ea3ad6818e systemd-compat-units: make opkg unit block startup 
Without Type=oneshot it would configure things in the background and bootup would go as normal. Now it will block sysinit.target till it's done.

Sadly no full feedback on the console yet.

d56c046902 v4l-utils: add 0.8.4 release 
This provides the 'libv4l' subpackage that is needed for various webcams that aren't allowed to do colourspace conversion inside the kernel anymore (e.g. pwc cams)

06c72fc45b pcsc-lite: rdepends on ccid and drop init script

ea8d7d2d14 recipes: use allarch.bbclass instead just PACKAGE_ARCH = all 
* otherwise such recipes are rebuilt or reused from sstate after every
  MACHINE change, because of different checksums see [YOCTO #1075]
