4cd2006c6b etcd: remove gobin requirement for build
This tool is installed as a part of the build process (build.sh sources
test_lib.sh)

This tool has been removed in the latest etcd main branch. Installing it
as a part of the build process breaks bitbake (it doesn't allow
downloading of packages once in the build steps).

This tool is not needed to build etcd (it appears to be used for some
optional test cases).

The following upstream commit removes the use of gobin in the main
branch, but it's not clear to me if the alternative of just running "go
install" will fix this issue. Fundamentally etcd allows package install
during build and bitbake does not:

be3bd0a8fd dlt-daemon: upgrade 2.18.8 -> 2.18.9 (commit: 9a2312d3512a27620d41b9a325338b6e7b3d42de)
Drop patches now part of new upstream release:
- 0001-Fix-memory-leak.patch
- 0001-cmake-Link-with-libatomic-on-rv32-rv64.patch
- 0001-dlt-system-Fix-buffer-overflow-detection-on-32bit-ta.patch

Cherry-pick and propose upstream two patches to fix build failures with security hardening flags enabled
and with some systemd configuration (underlink)
- 481.patch
- 482.patch

Add new dlt-adaptor-stdin cmake optional flag
Drop PV variable, not needed anymore
Drop latomic manual added flag, upstream code changed to avoid its need
See: https://github.com/COVESA/dlt-daemon/pull/433 and 2224cddf14
(changed from atomic_bool to atomic_int, the latter doesn't require manual atomic library link since
it can be optimized properly by the compiler on riscv platforms)

864f99b885 etcd-cpp-apiv3: add recipe
etcd-cpp-apiv3 is a C++ API for etcd's v3 client API.
This is etcd community recommended C++ library for etcd.
libetcd-cpp-api.so shared library provides both synchronous runtime
(etcd/SyncClient.hpp) and asynchronous runtime (etcd/Client.hpp).

To fix the build issues reported in OpenEmbedded setup updated commit id
on top of v0.14.2 release. Refer #etcd-cpp-apiv3/issues/210 for details.

53b7f23590 hplip: Fix installation and QA
With version 3.22.11 it's not enough avoid linking to the
closed source ImageProcessor library, it must not be installed
either. This library is pre-stripped so package QA fails.

Add a new patch to fix installing HPLIP.conf into
/usr/share/ipp-usb/quirks. The upstream Makefile.am fails
to take DESTDIR into account and do_install fails because
of this. Also, instead of detecting the presence of the
target directory which is invalid for a source build,
create it and install the quirk file.

edea484f2d redis: fix service redis-server restart not working under sysvinit
Under sysvinit when trying to restart redis-server using
service redis-server restart two calls are made to start-stop-daemon, first
with the --stop argument and then with --start argument consecutively.

Because the process doesn't immediately terminate when start-stop-daemon
--stop is called, the next call to start-stop-daemon --start finds the
process still running and does not attempt to start another one.

This leads to only a stop of the redis-server process when a restart is
requested. This behavior affects all redis versions using sysvinit only.

This can be fixed by using the --retry <timeout/schedule> argument with
start-stop-daemon --stop in order for the call to block until the process
terminates so that start-stop-daemon --start will attempt to start a new
process.

Unfortunately the --retry argument works only in the implementation of
start-stop-daemon provided by dpkg package and is ignored in the
implementation provided by busybox package.

A repeated check if the process is still running and another try with
another signal after a timeout will effectively simulate a stop with
--retry=TERM/5/KILL/5 schedule.

ca10312c4c librelp: make inline errors be warnings in debug build

   src/relpsess.c:95:1: error:

so use the compiler flag '-Wno-error=inline' for DEBUG_OPTIMIZATION only.
