a226bd8ec3 re2: move to version 2023-03-01
/usr/lib64/libre2.so is now a symlink instead of being

f63c307318 gsoap: upgrade 2.0.106 -> 2.0.124
Changelog:
==========
- Added C++17 'std::optional' member variable serialization.
- Updated wsdl2h to automatically generates 'std::optional' member variables for
  optional schemas when typedef.dat defines '$OPTIONAL = std::optional'.
  Only primitive type member variables are made 'std::optional', not classes,
  because optional types must be defined before referenced when in fact cyclic
  data structure relationships may exist among classes.
- Added missing 'std::vector<xsd__anyType>' deep copy of vector of DOM trees
  generated with soapcpp2 option '-Ec'.

933885520a libusb-compat: upgrade sources to fix -native build
Fixes [YOCTO #15032] by upgrading the source to a commit including the
fix : change SONAME detection source from ldd to objdump

ldd detects used libraries by partially running the target binary. This
is a problem for when the target binary is not runnable
(e.g. cross-compilation).

Switch to objdump which only reads info from the ELF file without
running anything from it.

Revert commit ed937940f54d1a376b518fc276da78811c4ac50b from oe-core:
    libusb-compat: move libraries to base_libdir
    udev links to libusb-compat, and so this library needs to be in

The libdir=base_libdir configuration was needed for udev but it's not
