apache2: Fix the buildpaths issue
Fixes:
WARNING: apache2-2.4.54-r0 do_package_qa: QA Issue: File /usr/src/debug/apache2/2.4.54-r0/build/server/exports.c in package apache2-src contains reference to TMPDIR [buildpaths]
