This patch updates SRC_URIs using git to include branch=master if no branch is set
and also to use protocol=https for github urls as generated by the conversion script
in OE-Core.

converting the metadata to use ":" as the override character instead of "_".

While multilib enabled, if other recipe RDEPENDS python3-libreport,
it failed with:
...
ERROR: Nothing RPROVIDES 'lib32-python3-libreport'
...
Do not use python3-${PN} could fix the issue.

Change SRC_URI to git fetcher, github archives can be regenerated from
time to time with different checksums.
