Version 5.8 does no longer includes the facebook patent grant and is
licensed under the Apache-2.0 or GPL-2.0 license.
Tests and tools don't compile on armv5 so we disable them.
The tools are never installed anyway so it doesn't make a difference for
the resulting package.
