desktop; the currently focused window; or an area of the screen.

This is the result of automated script (0.9.1) conversion:
oe-core/scripts/contrib/convert-overrides.py .
converting the metadata to use ":" as the override character instead of "_".

Make polkit and GI as required distro features

It runs but the area I did it for 'Startup Applications'is empty and I would
like to disable some and see how gnome stores this.
