c95e155780 recipes: convert remaining SUMMARY/DESCRIPTION cosmetic issues 
Changes:
- rename SUMMARY with length > 80 to DESCRIPTION
- rename DESCRIPTION with length < 80 to (non present tag) SUMMARY
- drop final point character at the end of SUMMARY string
- remove trailing whitespace of SUMMARY line

Note: don't bump PR

e31bac96c0 ser2net: new package, Serial to network proxy 
The ser2net daemon allows telnet and tcp sessions to be established
with a unit's serial ports.
