aaf708746e vim-tiny: package /usr/share/vim in PN-data 
* keep it separate from PN so PN is tiny
* fixes warning about a lot of unpackaged files

Changes from org.oe.dev:
* Include latest (stable) patchset
* Change from RCONFLICTS to RREPLACES where possible (gvim->vim->tiny-vim)
