* we were overriding most variables from cairo.inc
* fixes following QA warnings:
cairomm-1.10.0: cairomm: configure was passed unrecognised options:
--disable-egl --enable-tee --with-x --disable-glesv2
--disable-valgrind --disable-some-floating-point
