Andreas Müller 0bb9d1dedc fltk: update 1.3.3 -> 1.3.4-1 
* fix-boolean-issue-with-jpeg9.patch was applied upstream
* rebased fltk-no-freetype-config.patch and add Upstream-Status
* fix reconfigure by disabling autoheader
