There are now 3 packageconfig variables: gif, png, tiff.
Changes:
- rename recipe to _git (match SRCREV)
- fix missing $ for STAGING_INCDIR (jpeg version detection)
- add DESCRIPTION
- no more QA warnings
Use this to reveal:
