Ignore the mkdir errors to fix the parallel build failure:

mkdir: cannot create directory 'TOPDIR/tmp-glibc/work/cortexa15t2hf-neon-wrs-linux-gnueabi/openldap/2.5.9-r0/image/usr/lib': File exists
