Jonathan Liu 80fec0a984 nodejs: update to 4.3.1 
Fixes CVE-2016-2086 and CVE-2016-2216.

LICENSE checksum changed because it was regenerated using the new
tools/license-builder.sh script but the licensing remains the same.
