Khem Raj f4ef3feef2 layer.conf: Add shared-mime-info and desktop-file-utils to safe sigs for phoronix-test-suite 
This is to avoid sstate signature failures where dependencies on
shared-mime-info and desktop-file-utils is added via mime and mime-xdg
classes which are target packages and not allarch
