Konrad Weihmann d8da3806aa mpd: fix PACKAGECONFIG assignment ...

As ??= assignment will be overwritten by += in any case,
one can't define a default of PACKAGECONFIG in this recipe.
Previously the default setting was just overwritten by the += operation.
