Right now cmake config file installed by qtdeclarative-native tries
to use system installed qmlcachegen tool. Due to this packages using qml
compiler will produce correct results only if the host system has
qmlcachegen installed and its version matches Qt version provided by OE.
If the tool is missing the package requring it will fail to build. If
its present but the version does not match OE version of Qt the package
will build fine, but in turn will fail to run on the target. Fix this by
patching Qt5QuickCompilerConfig.cmake to look for qmlcachegen in
OE_QMAKE_PATH_EXTERNAL_HOST_BINS. Similar approach is already used for
other Qt tools from qtbase-native recipe.

Update The-Qt-Company-Commercial license to the actual commercial
license which also replaces preview license in qtbase. Remove old
licenses that are no longer used in any module.

Add PACKAGECONFIG that enables static build for qtbase and consequently
to all Qt recipes. This can be enabled with DISTRO_FEATURE 'qt5-static',
which also adds qtdeclarative-native dependency to all recipes that
depend on qtdeclarative as it's required for qmlimportscannertool.
Building examples and tests with static build can take excessive amounts
of time and disk space, so disabling DISTRO_FEATURE 'ptest' and
PACKAGECONFIGs 'examples' from qtbase is advised.
Not all recipes support static builds and those are not fixed here.

The linux-oe-g++ mkspec is changed to use $$(...) operator to obtain
the contents of an environment value when qmake is run instead of when
Makefile is processed. All OE_QMAKE_xxx variables need to be exported
for qmake to find them. configure's setBootstrapVariable function needs
to change $$(..) to normal $(...) operator to work with qmake's Makefile.
qt.conf generation for qtbase recipes is not needed, as configure will
generate its own version based on configure arguments. Skip running
qmake, since configure is now automatically invoked when it's run in
qtbase's root folder.
Update PACKAGECONFIGs for qtbase to match current configure options.
The new Qt configuration system [1] can be used with a new variable
EXTRA_QMAKEVARS_CONFIGURE, which takes both command line and feature
arguments.
Merge the two qtwayland recipes to one that supports all three targets
(target, native, nativesdk) without need for additional patch.
Recipes for new Qt modules: QtSCXML, QtNetworkAuth, QtGamepad.

When `QT_DIR_NAME` is defined as an empty string (default is "qt5"),
package.bbclass will throw lots of QA warnings because now the paths contain
double slashes ("//").
We can address these warnings by explicitly defining a slash in the
variable itself.

Change qmake.bbclass to support building native and nativesdk packages,
so that qmake or qt5-module can be inherited and BBCLASSEXTEND used to
create native and nativesdk packages.
qtxmlpatterns and qtdeclarative native and nativesdk modules are required
for Qt Quick Compiler.
