1950ff1ca4 layer.conf: Ignore textrel for few more recipes 
The real issue is in binutils/ld inserting R_RISCV_NONE which is then
caught by textrel checker, there are binutils bugs to address this
[1] [2]

0cc3fb1439 openocd: Move to dynamic-layer for meta-oe 
currently meta-riscv does not parse unless meta-oe is present.
It does not appear that anything explictly depends on openocd
in the layer.

ac17429667 layer.conf: Mark master warrior and newer compatible only 
we are now getting changes which are in master ( would be 2.8 ) release
so its important to let users know that they can no longer use master
with older releases

a4a81b0abc riscv64: Disable ssp and fortify flags 
They result in linking errors, -fstack-protector-strong wants libssp

libdrm errors when using -fstack-protector-strong

drm@sha/xf86drmSL.c.o: relocation R_RISCV_HI20 against `__stack_chk_guard@@GLIBC_2.27' can not be used when making a shared object; recompile with -fPIC

libdrm errors when using fortify options

rm@sha/xf86drm.c.o(.text+0x3ce2): unresolvable R_RISCV_CALL relocation against symbol `strdup@@GLIBC_2.27'

For now just disable the whole shebang
