No one is testing the 4.19 kernel and it probably doesn't work with the
latest OpenSBI work so let's just remove it from meta-riscv.

Now that we are using the newer glibc port and 5.2 kernel headers remove
the qemuricv32 compatible machine from the 5.0 kernel and add it to the
5.2 kernel.

OE-Core has upgraded to the 5.2 kernel headers. This means that all RV32
software now requires a 64-bit time_t. Update the glibc fork to an
implementation that works in a 64-bit time_t. At the same time we can
revert the linux kernel patch.

Update to the 5.2 kernel release. This includes a large number of
upstream patches for the Unleashed. Due to the large defconfig changes
let's drop the 5.1 support when we upgrade.

qemuriscv64 is already marked as compatible in OE-Core linux-yocto_5.0,
so let's remove the duplicate.

This patch does the following:
- Update the current linux-mainline_5.1 recipe to AUTOREV from the
stable branch
- Use the linux-mainline_5.1 by default for the HiFive Unleashed
- Remove the older linux-riscv_5.0 recipe
- Rename the common include to linux-mainline-common.inc

Update the SD card generation to follow a more standard sdcard boot
flow. At the moment we don't use this new boot flow, but let's at least
have it ready for future use.

Add a linux-mainline kernel from 5.1-rc1. The idea is that this kernel
will autorev the 5.1 development cycle and then be updated to autorev
the 5.1 stable branch after release.

The planned upstream release of 32-bit RISC-V glibc will support statx,
so this patch will not be required in the kernel.
Unfortunately the current 32-bit RISC-V glibc fork does not implement
statx. To allow newer kernels to boot into userspace let's apply this
patch that can be dropped when the glibc port is merged.

Update the Freedom U540 defconfig to work with:
- AMD GPUs attached with PCIe MicroSemi Expansion board
- Including Wayland and X11 display via HDMI
- USB input attached with PCIe MicroSemi Expansion board
At the same time we are also swapping to use the config output of
savedefconfig instead of copying the entire .config file. This
simplifies the defconfig management.

To avoid conflicts with the MicroSemi PCIe root complex (the one most
commonly used) remove the Xilinx config.

Add the 4.20 kernel. This involves editing some of the required
Freedom-U540 patches as they conflict with the 4.20 tree, but we want to
keep them for the 4.19 tree.
