Khem Raj 35d1d58492 beaglev.wic: Do not mark gpt for partition table ...

partition resizing scripts fail e.g.

Error: Unable to satisfy all constraints on the partition.

This helps in ensuring that parition resizing works well using
IMAGE_INSTALL += "96boards-tools"
