samba have bundled libldb, so when both samba and libldb, or both pyldb \
and samba-python is installed, below error will appear:

Apache2 service start up with error:
[php7:crit] [pid 3943:tid 140477147074880] Apache is running a threaded MPM,
but your PHP Module is not compiled to be threadsafe.
Fix:
after apache2 is upgraded from 2.4.34 to 2.4.39, apache2-native
installs httpd into STAGING_SBINDIR_NATIVE, correct it so that
ZTS feature is open, and php is compiled to be threadsafe.

Add back this patch. Without this patch, apxs's shebang will use
perl under hosttools, which can be too long for shebang, and cause
error:

Update radiusd.service that not run script /etc/raddb/certs/bootstrap
before start radiusd. The script makes a set of default certificates. It
should be only used for test purpose.

ndctl-monitor service will start failed if there is no

previous change of checksum don't trigger archive to re-downloaded,
, which will cause checksum mismatch. add downloadfilename to
trigger re-download.
1. for user with PREMIRROR, another benefit is it can still compile
success event upstream checksum change frequently.
2. but for user don't use PREMIRROR, if upstream checksum changed,
still might have checksum mismatch problem.

during radiusd start up, it will check several CVEs of libssl,
if allow_vulnerable_openssl set to no and one of the CVEs is
matched, radiusd will not startup.
in tls.c, two CVEs's version number is wrong, and after upgrade openssl
to 1.1.1, one CVE matched, so startup failed. correct the version numner
to make radiusd startup successfully.

service start failed since segment fault on arch arm64,
syslog-ng have a submodule ivykis, from ivykis V0.42,
it use pthread_atfork, but for arm64, this symbol is
not included by libpthread, so cause segment fault.
refer systemd, replace pthread_atfork with __register_atfork
to fix this problem.

If "/usr/local/ssl/include" directory exists on the host machine,
net-snmp will also search the host openssl headers:
x86_64-wrs-linux-libtool: compile: x86_64-wrs-linux-gcc ...
-I/usr/local/ssl/include
Fix this by selecting the proper sysroot headers using
--with-openssl=${STAGING_EXECPREFIXDIR}

1. Upgrade ntp to 4.2.8p12
2. Disable sntp service by default.
Default NTPSERVER in config sntp is "ntpserver.example.org",
just an example, not a valid address, if enable sntp service
by default, it will startup failed during boot. It should be
enabled after user set the correct config for sntp according
to current config of ntpd.

1. protoc-c depend on protobuf, from protobuf 3.6.0.1,
scoped_array is removed, but protoc-c still use scoped_array,
caused compile error.
