a month.

Postgreqsql was configured to use ossp-uuid but ossp-uuid is dead and everyone
will be building util-linux anyway, so use the libuuid.so from there.
Confusing the option is called e2fs because the library originated in e2fsprogs.

Not only was uuid removed as a build dependency of Rygel in 0.27.1, but
oe-core's ossp-uuid has always renamed the library to libossp-uuid so it was
never used (as util-linux provides libuuid.so).

For historic reasons the localedir directory is where binary locales are stored
(/usr/lib/locale) , not where application translations belong (typically,
/usr/share/locale). Don't pass localedir explicitly, and let Meson use the
default of $datadir/locale to match the behaviour of autotools.bbclass and the
expectations of the system.

PortAudio has moved from Subversion to Git, so the SRC_URI needs to be updated.
They also have stable tarballs so instead of taking a random git hash use the
latest release. This was svn revision 1919 so to keep the version order correct
hard-code this into the PV.
The license is in fact MIT, so use that in LICENSE instead of PortAudio (which
wasn't defined anywhere, resulting in QA warnings).
Add a patch to pass LDFLAGS to all the compiles.
Remove the useless assignment to TESTS. Install the test suite manually using
libtool so that we don't install the wrapper scripts.
