Fetch was switched from tarball to git fetcher with release tag because
libvpx-1.7.0.tar.bz2 was not available at the previous download URL.
The download instructions for the project point to autogenerated
tarballs now (instead of storage.googleapis.com) [1], but archive
tarballs generated by git can end up with checksums that change
over time... so using git directly is less likely to break.
Successfully compile tested against:
* ffmpeg-4.0.2
* gstreamer1.0-plugins-good-1.14.2
* vlc-2.2.2
with vpx enabled in each respective PACKAGECONFIG.

hostapd has supported 802.11ac for quite a while now (and it has been
used in many OpenWrt/LEDE releases) so it should be safe to enable
802.11ac support in the build. This does not automatically turn it on
at runtime, but just makes it available when a config file tries to turn
it on (rather than spewing syntax errors about unrecognized directives).

Let S default to "${WORKDIR}/${BPN}-${PV}" rather than replacing PN
with BPN, since source always unpacks to the same place including when
building for multilib (or native, though that's not enabled here)
in which case PN != BPN

The classic 'nobody' user is supposed to belong to 'nogroup' group.
Without this change, it will get a 'nobody' group created as its
default group instead.
Ensuring the existing 'nogroup' is used as default group solves
following sort of complaint by useradd-staticids.bbclass (when static ids
are enabled):
tinyproxy: Changing groupname nobody's gid from (65534) to (1000),
verify configuration files!

fix following build error when cifsidmap and cifsacl are turned off
in PACKAGECONFIG :
| In file included from ../git/mount.cifs.c:64:0:
| ../git/data_blob.h:26:10: fatal error: talloc.h: No such file or directory
cifs-utils 3.7 had an unneeded header creep into mount.cifs source
that pulled in samba headers. This has been cleaned up already
in cifs-utils master, so apply (trivial) upstream patch to fix this
compile error.

This prevents runtime failure "bad interpreter: No such file or directory"
from running native cython when the native python is installed
at a long path, exceeding the 128-character limit for shebang lines
on linux. Exceeding the limit was already possible when using a long
path for topdir, but it got easier to exceed after the switch to per-recipe
sysroots.

gitpkgv class is supposed to use SRCREV_FORMAT variable to define
how to smoosh together revision info from multiple repos that are
used in a single recipe. It is incorrectly repeating the rev hash
for the first repo instead of including the rev from each listed repo.
Example:
SRC_URI = "git://some-server/purple.git;destsuffix=git/purple;name=purple"
SRC_URI += "git://other-server/blue.git;destsuffix=git/blue;name=blue"
SRCREV_purple = "${AUTOREV}"
SRCREV_blue = "${AUTOREV}"
SRCREV_FORMAT = "purple_blue"
Suppose gitpkgv calculates "67+ea121ea" for purple repo,
and "123+feef001" for blue repo. This should result in a
package version with them joined together like so:
"67+ea121ea_123+feef001"
It didn't. Instead the git hash part for the first repo got repeated:
"67+ea121ea_123+ea121ea"
Fix this by looking in the right place for the git revisions of 2nd
(and following) repos when assembling the full version string.

Build was failing with complaint:
../c-client/c-client.a: error adding symbols: Archive has no index; run
ranlib to add one
Turns out build was using host tools for 'ar' and 'ranlib'. Solved by
overriding ARRC ('ar' with -rc) and RANLIB on the make command-line,
as was already being done for CC.

Tornado 4.3 needs backports_abc and singledispatch backport modules

This package backports functools.singledispatch from Python 3.4 to earlier
Python versions.
It is being added as one of the two missing backport modules that Tornado 4.3
needs in order to prevent tornado/gen.py from bombing on import errors when
running on python2 rather than python3.4

Add PACKAGECONFIG for cifsacl and update PACKAGECONFIG for cifsidmap

configure.ac had a runtime check for large file support that got run
on 64-bit architectures, and all runtime checks must go away to be
cross-compile safe.
Luckily that runtime check was extraneous, so just remove it;
standard AC_SYS_LARGEFILE macro should be sufficient for figuring out
proper settings to get large file support.
Also un-blacklist libimobiledevice, since this problem was the
reason for the blacklist.
