The main recipes for python3-jinja2 and python3-markupsafe
have moved to oe-core. No need to duplicate them here.
Instead, we add them to meta-python3-ptest sub-package, since
we do enable ptest with bbappends.

python-matplotlib is currently providing its own dateutil and pytz
Add dateutil and pytz as DEPENDS/RDEPENDS.
Patch setupext.py to no longer provide its own dateutil and pytz.
Remove python-matplotlib from blacklist.

World builds are failing due to change in opencv in API.
Since vlc is only using opencv as an example and a filter, disable by default.

* PACKAGECONFIG for lua (lua term is only useful for LaTeX)
* linking problems with dlopen, etc. in lua loadlibs.c fixed
** this same problem was seen in jansa world builds for 4.4.4
** I am not able to replicate that error on 4.4.4
NOTE: qt is supported by this version, but I was not able to
figure out the configuration...
