Changelog:

* bugfix #183: Assertion failure with OPT record without rdata.
	  This caused packet creation with only a DO bit (for DNSSEC OK)
	  to crash. Thanks Anand Buddhdev and others for reporting this
	  so quickly.
* Fix for syntax error in pyldns
