Adding -f*-prefix-map to LDFLAGS caused the following issue when compiling tcsh on Ubuntu 18.04: gcc: error: unrecognized command line option ‘-fmacro-prefix-map=...’ Fix by using BUILD_LDFLAGS instead of LDFLAGS for gethost.
