Oleksandr Kravchuk 70f1e0fa31 tcpdump: upgrade to 4.8.1 
Upgraded tcpdump to version 4.8.1 and removed deprecated ipv6 configure
flag.

This update includes:
CVE-2014-8767, CVE-2014-8768, CVE-2014-8769
