wangmy e5dbca1451 fuse3: upgrade 3.10.5 -> 3.11.0

Changelog:

    Add support for flag FOPEN_NOFLUSH for avoiding flush on close.
    Fixed returning an error condition to ioctl(2)

Collection of layers for the OE-core universe
